Situated in the charming village of Nettlebed, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, our small rural workshop is where the magic happens.
At Cottage Upholstery, we are driven by a deep appreciation for the artistry and history behind every piece of furniture we encounter. Our founder, Gregory Cupitt-Jones, established the company in 1994 after spending five years honing his skills in the trade. Since then, our dedication to the craft and commitment to excellence have set us apart as leaders in the field.
We specialise in the restoration of 18th and 19th century upholstered furniture, as well as European Empire style pieces. However, our passion extends to working with all types of furniture, and we are honoured to have served renowned interior designers and esteemed organisations like the National Trust.

In addition to restoration, we offer tailor-made loose covers using a wide range of fabrics, including reputable brands like Romo, Wemyss, Titley and Marr. We strive to provide our clients with an extensive selection, including washable fabrics suitable for loose covers.
